IMAGINE: Resting your arm on the doc's table, having a toothpick (only slightly smaller by 1 mm or 2) like needle insert into you skin and slowly into your prominent main vein. Slowly inserting more visible part of the needle deeper into your vein and releasing the medication a little at time. Pretty long and painful procedure aye!
