Introducing you to.... Uni! Here's my lil pup of 8 years. He's like a baby! This Bichon Frise is lively and animated. He adores' being part of my family.. loves to play but is not hyperactive. he's often thrilled about constant human interaction. This lil Bichon frise of mine is a delightful and amusing companion! It's been a long time ever since I prepared dinner for my family say.. 3 weeks ago?.. and here're some dishes with "Gong pao chicken" yum.. well, the kitchen is still intact, still neat and sparkling clean!
Tip of the day: SCRUB SCRUB SCRUB! EXFOLIATE!! Having a healthy looking crystal-clear skin is important.. this not only applies to gals but to guys as well. Steps: 1. Moisten your face with water before exfoliating.
2. Use a loofah (face wash with exfoliant agents), exfoliating gloves or a synthetic scrubbing sponge designed for the face.
3. Rub your face with the loofah or sponge using circular motions. Avoid scrubbing under the eyes, because the skin there is thin and easily damaged by abrasive cleansers and exfoliating sponges (you don't want unsightly wrinkled eye bags!).
4. Rinse thoroughly with tepid water. Hot water is harsh on skin, especially delicate face skin.
5. Apply a moisturizer containing alpha or beta hydroxy acids. These acids will continue the exfoliating process, because acids cause additional dead skin cells to slough off.
6. If you find the steps a lil too vexatious for you... simply try an exfoliating mask. Make one by mashing up a papaya and smearing it on your face. The enzymes help exfoliate the skin. Rinse off thoroughly after 15 minutes. Tada! crystal clear skin.!
